How to install the 8558986, step by step
- Disconnect power to the dishwasher at the circuit breaker.
- Turn off the water supply to the dishwasher.
- Carefully pull the dishwasher out from its cabinet.
- Disconnect the water supply line and electrical wires from the old valve.
- Remove mounting screws and detach the old water inlet valve.
- Install the new water inlet valve, securing screws and connections.
- Reconnect electrical wires and the water supply line.
- Restore water supply, push dishwasher back, and restore power.
